FEES & SPECIAL ORDERS
Delivery & Set-up Fee
$20.00 minimum fee is assessed for all deliveries made within the downtown area. Deliveries fees for deliveries outside of this area is determined by the distance. we must travel. The delivery fee is for dropping the order to the location. An additional amount will be added if any set-up is required... ie, placing cloths on tables, adding skirting, setting up and lighting chaffers. Set-up fee wil be based on the amount of set-up requested.
Event Deposit
A deposit of 30% (of the total bill) is due at the time of confirmation. This deposit will reserve your event date. Most events are scheduled more than 30 days in advance, so call early. The balance of all events is due five days before the event. All orders must be paid in advance by cash or credit card. Business accounts are available to companies or organizations who are repeat customers.
Waite Staff
Staff is available at $18 per hour per staff with a minimum of 4 hours. Gratuity Gratuity will be added to all orders where staff is required to be involved in the set-up or serving of the event. A Gratuity of 20% of the bill will be added.
